塑胶模具的温度对产品会造成什么影响

塑胶模具的温度对于注塑成型来说可是很重要的一个环节。如果塑胶模具的温度控制得好，加工出来的产品会是好产品；而如果塑胶模具的温度控制得不好，加工出来的产品可能会是报废品了。塑胶模具的温度会降低塑料熔体的流动性，使制件轮廓不清，甚至充模不满，或在充模过程中由于熔体前锋温度降低过多而产生明显的冷接缝，导致制品的力学性能下降。过低的塑胶模具温度，还会使制品表面不光滑，产生各种表面缺陷。
